my WordPress website not shown

installed webuzo on vps CentOS 6.5, but got two issues.

1-after uploaded my WordPress website files and DB shown webuzo Default Website Page.

removed httpd and installed it by webuzo ,same thing. checked username group and files permission is correct.

2-I cannot upgrade ionCube PHP Loader v4.2.2 to last version for running another website.

We need more information to begin to help you. Is this a public-facing website?

I'll take a shot in the dark. Wordpress's index page is index.php. If there is an index.html file in the root directory of your website, most browsers will display that by default and ignore any other "index" files, regardless of extension. Rename the index.html file, if present, to something else (index.html.orig, for example) and then the browser will see the index.php file.
