multiuser web server


hi all.
i have a guest os running apache. i need to set it up as a web server and give to any website a (local) ip. for the webserver is enough UserDir i suppose, but to point the IP addresses to all the websites on the server?
thanks in advance.

Your question is a little unclear, but I think what you are asking is how to allow multiple web sites to share the same IP on a single guest os server.

You can use the "alias" tag in apache if they are all the same website (i.e. point local.com and mysite.com to the same directory)

If you have different sites on the same server you just have to create virtual hosts by name.
You can google apache virtual hosts by name to find many tutorials.
