[root@server ~]# dmsetup info mpath6

I guess i was wrong deleting first the disks that formed the path, but now how could i kill those zombie processes without a reboot?

You can't kill zombie processes without a reboot. But you haven't shown us any zombie processes. What are you really trying to do and why do you think zombies are stopping you?

Hi there. I have rebooted the server.
Well, the process kpartx was keeping the /dev/mapper/control file ocupied. My mistake was to delete the hosts(disks that formed the path) and i wasn't able to delete my path because of this process. dmsetup suspend/remove mpath, pvs, vgs, fdisk ... basically each command which is using the control file was hanging and stayed in the queue(the option from multipath when no path is found).I tried to use dmsetup to change the behaviour for this path but unsuccesfully.
The reboot fixed the problem. Thanks for you answer.
