dm-multipath

Dear all,

I'm planning to test DM-Multipath on RHEL 4/5 in our environment. We
are using HP blades and McData on the SAN. What would be the best
practises? and does any of Redhat, HP, Mcdata, Qlogic have a support
metrix sort of thing to mix and match. Would be really helpful if you
can share your experience.

Cheers!

Ok, Thanks Steve. But we would like to have the native OS multipathing as the first preference.

Hi,

take a look at http://mesiols.blogspot.com/2008/11/...emc-cx300.html

It's a description on Linux native multipathing with QLogic HBA's and a EMC CX300. It should provide some useful information.
