"mixing * & non * -ports not supported " Tomcat, httpd with mod_jk in virtual host

I am trying to configure httpd 2.0.59 with tomcat 5.5.20 through mod_jk connector so that all the requests of the virtual hosts are handled by httpd. I am using tomcats autoconfig to make /auto/mod_jk.conf file. Tomcat is installed properly and it is working fine.
When I reload the updated httpd.conf it gives the following error:
Virtual Host digu.gmd.net:0 -- mixing * ports and non-* ports with NameVirtual host address is not supported. proceeding with undefined results.

Browser is showing this error :
HTTP STATUS 404 /Index.jsp
The requested resource is not available
