Live RTSP stream in a web page

I have a few IP cameras that refuse to be seen over HTTP without ActiveX but work great over RTSP. So I figured easiest would be to use an HTTP server and create a web page with outputs from these cameras. Can anybody suggest good tutorials?

Dont forget about vlc - you can use its browser plugin to stream rtsp (if no user/pass is required) https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=112597

Personally, I use a linux vpn server to access my private network, then use VLC (desktop) to stream my network streams.
