Linux Verify crond Daemon And Cronjobs Are Running -Linux Mint cinnamon 18

Hello

Unsure if this is the correct forum but here it goes. FYI I am just starting out with Linux.

On occasion when I execute a command from terminal I am greeted with this

Line 1 ... (END)

After executing

# systemctl status cron

Is this normal behaviour? Is so what hot key to I execute to get out and back to the prompt.

Thanks
