insmod: "error inserting ..." Invalid module format

Upgrade hp-health, hp-OpenIPMI and hp-snmp-agents, the OpenIPMI can't be inserted.

#service hp-health start
Using Proliant High Performance
IPMI based System Health Monitor
Starting hp-OpenIPMI:
insmod: error inserting '/opt/hp/hp-OpenIPMI/bin/2.6.18-53.el5/ipmi_msghandler.ko': -1 Invalid module format
hp-OpenIPMI: Not able to start ipmi_msghandler.ko
[FAILED]

Maybe you have a x86 version on an x86_64 ? - 'file /opt/hp/hp-OpenIPMI/bin/2.6.18-53.el5/ipmi_msghandler.ko' ?
