help installing libncurses-dev

Hi,

I am trying to install libncurses-dev/libncurses5-dev on CentOS 6.3 because this is a dependency of OpenSIPS. This is the only dependency that won't install using yum, I have also tried installing apt-get and install libncurses-dev through it, unsuccessfully. Thank you

Welcome to LQ.

No 'apt-get' on CentOS. The install tool is 'yum'.
See $ man yum

# yum search ncurses
# yum install ncurses-devel

( libncurses5-dev is a Debian package name.
The same files are provided by ncurses-devel.)
