Help in some network issues on Linux 7

I am an Oracle DBA and trying to install Oracle RAC (1 nodes cluster) on Oracle Linux 7. For network configuration, I am facing some difficulties and need expert opinion to resolve the problems.
If I run traceroute command from node1 ( to node2 (, output is as follows

[root@salman1 ~]# traceroute
traceroute to (, 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
1 ( 8.076 ms !X 7.447 ms !X 7.325 ms !X

!X in the output seems some restrictions in accessing the other node. Please help how to fix this issue.

How to enable multicast on subnet range

Please see uploaded outputs of my ifconfig command.
