i have forgotten the root password of open suse server so kindly suggest me how could i retrive it.
please reply its very urgent

No, it's not urgent for anyone here.

And if it's so **URGENT**, why didn't you use the search function on this very site to find about a zillion other threads that answer this EXACT question, or look on Google for it?

Boot from your CD/DVD, get into rescue mode, then change the password.
