Empty Files On Ext3 Drive

Hello...
I have a problem with bad data on my HDD
I have a Linux raid1 Ext3 (Mirror) drive, the drive works fine and i can read all the filename and the folder structure is intact.
But 90% of the files on the disk is empty 0KB.
I have tried with testdisk, but no luck. Tried photorec with some success, but photorec is not a good option for me, because it does not keep the file name and structure intact. and with over 100.000 pictures, music and docs it is impossible to rename all these files.
Does anyone know what is wrong with my file system, and how to fix it??
Hope someone can help!
Thanks...

Check /var/log/messages for IO errors. It sounds like the directory is being read but not the inodes or data. This is what I've seen with bad CD-ROMs. The directory entries are listed, but the files copied are empty.

Another possibility is they were copied there that way because the source device was bad.

Copy what you can, then check the filesystem. I think I would reboot first in case something went funky with the device mapper.
