Unhappy email lists managing: need to restrict some permissions

Dear Linux People,
since a while, my department email server (redhat rhes4) is delivering me tons of spam sent to an email address which is an alias for a list of mail adresses e.g. all@mail.server
Do you know if there's a standard solution to restrict this address only to certified people, like "known users"?

I use this to get that functionality:

http://www.greatcircle.com/majordomo/

It works well and is very simple to setup. Basically it sort of extends the functionality of /etc/aliases. You can probably find something similar using | in your /etc/aliases file to some other program, but I've only used majordomo.
