Colocation or what

Hi, I'm new user to this forum, and I've been using Linux in last 4 years for music, movies, php programing, normal stuff lets say , so I have a basic knowledge about somethings.

But...
I have a question (obviously) about one problem.
I have several websites , and I'd like to move them on one machine, like on one hosting but in my house. I have enough power and strong Internet connection (2 accounts from 2 different ISPs. So my question is, is there any way to do that, and if there is tutorial how to setup a system like that? Do I need to make my own DNS, RAID array, server configurations etc. (tuts again if its possible)? What distro should I use?
Stuff like that

And yes I know that I can use services from hosting companies, but I don't have that much money.

thanks in advance

With any (CLI-only) installation of a (recent) release of any maintained Linux distribution you have everything you need to start hosting one or more web sites. If you search LQ or use your favorite search engine with a phrase like "Linux web server HOWTO" you should have no problem at all finding multiple documents outlining what you need to do. Also your distribution may or may not provide you with basic documents with respect to serving content.

Reading a few documents will help you ask more specific questions.

Regardless of what you are going to host you should harden the machine properly.

Unless you have specific requirements you should leave that task to those you register your domain name(s) with.

Unless you have specific requirements wrt speed or redundancy I'd say no. Two disks should do. Also note RAID does not equal making backups.
