This is the important bit from your logs

Basically you are sending e-mails from a home network, 82.34.90.216, which is provided by "VirginMedia Consumer Broadband UK". Hotmail does not accept any e-mails from consumer networks, only from servers on proper server networks.
Get yourself a VPS or something and send your e-mails from there.

If virgin provide you with an open relay (which I doubt) you can use that. That would be the easiest option. The other option is to always send from a gmail (or other) account and put the gmail smtp server and credentials there.

Of course your ISP email server is an open relay for legit customers, how else could you send mail from your home using their server?

I used googles smtp and emails works fine and sends through.
Only problem is it shows on the email header email from is: mypersonalemail.com
Any way not to show that? put my domain address there instead? e.g. shows mydomain.com?
thanks

Reverse lookup has to be done by your ISP, I'm surprised you didn't google it yet. Gmail will substitute your from address, that's why I recommended routing thru your ISP mail server.

This is my virgin media broadband smtp settings:
Type of information
Settings to enter
Sending mail (SMTP)
SMTP server name
smtp.virginmedia.com
SMTP SSL
Enabled
SMTP port
465
SMTP authentication
Enabled (or 'Password' on Macs)
SMTP username
Full email address, e.g.,
richard.branson@virginmedia.com
Note: If you update your username in My Virgin Media, this email address will not change.
If I use that wouldnt the "From" show my email address instead of mydomain.com? I dont want users to see my personal email address in the from field. Any idea?

Ok I managed to get emails working, by using Goddaddy smtp with postfix.
However.. any emails now sendings goes into junk/spam folder.
I have read that a SPF record might fix this? is that right? these are what i found.
v=spf1 mx
v=spf1 mx include:secureserver.net ~all
v=spf1 mx:smtp.europe.secureserver.net mx:mailstore1.europe.secureserver.net mx: -all
Will adding this to zoneedit as SPF record fix this problem? and send emails to inbox instead of junk?
