Question Bug Reporting / Defect Tracking System

Hi Group!

We're getting ready to switch our infrastructure over from Windows to Linux.

As we are an ISV, I felt it was high time that we systemitized our bug report / fix proceedures.

During my investigations, I see that Bugzilla is a popular choice. My question to the group is this: What's the BEST bug reporting/defect tracking system available that runs on Linux servers and is easy enough for semi-technical users? I should add that the desktop portion of the system should be cross-platform.

(Our tech department is great, they're just not programmers!)

Thanks!

-Mike
