Help!
Help with what??? You didn't actually ask a question, or give any details about what you're trying to do, on what platform, with what version of Linux.

Some details from you, along with a question and description of the problem, are needed before we can help.

What Gentoo? Whick kernel? Need lots of more the boot messages, especially the stack trace and just before it.

"Kernel panic - not syncing: Attemped to kill init!" is not the error message, it is the result of an earlier error. "swapper used greatest stack depth: 6644 bytes left" is just debug info. Have you googled your problem?
