Allow my web services to write/read from "/"?

Hello

I wanted to use root for this but Im having other thoughts.

I want to read/write content from the "/" directory. How can I get my web service do be able to do this without "permission denied"?

Thanks

This is a major security issue, never under any circumstances allow your web sever to read and write to the root drive. I doubt if anyone here will help you to do this, it's a *nix's admin worst nightmare.
