Lightbulb about tomcat and the linux users

for tomcat using, we can set a memory realm for security which get the user and password from file tomcat-users.xml.
but i want to get user and password from the file /etc/passwd, which means the system users will be the tomcat users, how to do it?
is there a realm helpful for this purpose?
