Question [Squid] Howto Limit Internet Usage Per Month


I am using fedora 8 as the server in my local network, and I want to limit the internet usage per month to 1GB (download and upload), i've read about the delay pool, but i don't find any tutorial which can help me out.


can anybody help me to solve this problem?
