[ Possibly SQUID Issue ] - A Flash file .swf is not showing from inside a network

Hi,

There is a flash file at this page http://www.isdbd.org/dev/
The whole world can see the flash file without having any trouble at all. I even tried with many proxy sites to check this out.
The thing is, i can't see the flash file from inside our network.
Our network is designed to be browsed by a transparent proxy. So, I'm guessing, our proxy is not allowing the flash file to be loaded.

Then why the heck, i can see all the other flash sites ?

Q. What tweaking i need to make in the squid to allow this flash file to be seen from inside the network ?

Things I already have tried ( so pls dont ask me to do those again ):

1: Used Firefox and IE.
2: Used Linux and Windows.
3: Used different ISP(s).
4: Used many free online proxies.

Please let me know what might i change/edit in my squid.
Thanks in advance,
Tawfiq
