setting maximum password age globally???

now this is the thing i can set a maximum password age for users, by using the chage command. but i have to set it user by user, but i want to set the maximum password age at once for all users, anybody knows how to do pls help!!!

i'm using Fedora core 3

I run FC3 and haven't found a way to do this either
