selinux and services


i am in trouble while enabled selinux,
when i start dhcp, getting failed, when i checked /var/log/messages getting error of /var/lib/dhcp/dhcp.leases unable to write. if i start dovecot getting failed. but when i disable selinux from /etc/sysconfig/selinux ,all things work properly,

1. i want to know how to start these (and all) services not working while selinux enabled.

2. is there best howto of selinux
