With no prejudice sir: I've got a personal list of at least 75 such occurrences, just this year alone in Linux-OS's... If the Blacks wants to mess-up your OS, they do it as easy as microstuf could nuke any target Windows-98 OS today... Linux is web-page secure, only... You may think Linux is impervious to hack-attack, but it's definitely Not!.. It's just that you haven't been extremely noisy on the internet about how humanity should change its bad-attitudes towards Life and Love, before it's too late...

In and from your "safe little box" you are 99.99% safe from the Blacks, IF your are silent and compliant to "North American peasant control policy".. but start doing a little "Al Gore and Greenpeace style bitching noise", and very quickly you'll discover just how unprotected your Linux powered PC really is... Ask Greenpeace and Al Gore about the max-attacks to their computer systems... I had to reinstall the OS about a hundred times this year.. Seems the big money world didn't like that I published, that "to save humanity from its impending early extinction, Money needs be extincted and replaced with something conducive to life and living and love".. They Freaked!, and slammed my PC's repeatedly, hard... Sure, Linux is reasonably secure, but it ain't perfect.. From experience I do so know Linux isn't 100% secure, yet...

I wondered about this post, and have some question regarding that:
1. How does antivirus software prevents someone from being hacked?
2. How do you know that you were hacked by the blacks?
3. Why do you think they would mess up your system, only because you are critical to their system? Wouldn't it be better just to install a backdoor and watch your actions?
4. Why do you have to reinstall your system about 100 times if you know only from 75 hack-attacks?
5. And the last, why do you think that any operating system can be 100% perfect?

You've taken what smoker said and twisted it into something it was clearly not meant to be. Please don't do that. Also, I request that you refrain from attempting to turn this into a conspiracy thread. Your participation is welcome, but if you want to discuss how people are out to get you, your best bet is to open a thread in General. I will not have you derail this thread in such a manner.

Oops! I sees your "hairs are Up".. Sorry to have "squeezed your adrenals", dude...
(passion-flower and pomegranate (natural beta blockers) helps cool that down, safe and inexpensively)...

I doubt anything can prevent an expert's bullied hack-attack...

I know I was attacked.. I shouldn't post how I know.. It would just lead to more...

I had to reinstall a lot of times because there was a little indelible partition on the hd's that installs wouldn't erase.. They contained the bugs that the bullies had put onto the hd's to destroy the OS's, so several installs were buggy from the start.. Then I found DBAN-Autonuke, which erased those buggy partitions.. Then I found this glorious Fedora...

The backdoors are there.. Sometimes I hear the hd's running wildly when and how they shouldn't be... All the snoops ever get are my old bitchin'notes, my Linux downloads, my 500 tunes, and my 2000 pix edits...

The attacks that destroyed the OS have stopped since I found Fedora, dumped SeaMonkey, and found all those lovely Firefox addons.. but now someone is hitting the router and the modem occasionally, but my provider is running a 3rd degree abuse-ticket, to accompany this litigation...

I think Linux Fedora is as perfect as a computer OS can be today.. And it's getting better and better every day, by the minute.. Maybe one day it will be 100% secure...

Do you believe that there is a Linux OS that is 100% secure from the "demons games"..?
Which OS would that be?..

It should be obvious to anyone here that there's nothing 100% secure anywhere.

Now, please stop hijacking this thread. This is your second warning.
