'Last Thread' 'Next Thread' for 0 Replies and new posts

I was wondering if there is any way to have 'last thread' 'next thread' functionality that applies to new posts and 0 replies. Right now the 'last thread' and 'next thread' buttons just take you through the specific forums and you have to use 'back' and 'foward' browser buttons to view the new threads and posts.
Does anyone think this would be useful?

Due to the nature of these two features, adding the next functionality would be a bit resource intensive unfortunately. While threads are linear, finding the next thread with 0 replies requires doing the search all over again.

Ok, it isn't really a "must have" feature either and since the index of the 0 replies is cached until reloaded its fast and doesn't take any server resources.
