procmailrc filter for alias

I've got a box running Fedora Core 3 with Sendmail. I have an alias in my /etc/aliases file that points to a group of usernames. I need to be able to send email to this group, but only from a specific few user accounts, thus blocking anyone else trying to send email to this email address. I have tried a few procmailrc rules, but no luck. Can anyone help me, please?

OK, I figured it out. It is actually quite simple.

# Only allow mail from certain individuals to thelist@mydomain.com
:0:
* ^From:.*(fred|john|frank|shaun)
* ^To:.*thelist
$DEFAULT
#Delete the rest trying to send email to thelist@mydomain.com
:0:
* ^From:.*
* ^To:.*thelist
/dev/null
