Exclamation OpenSSH

Is there a way to configure OpenSSH sshd to STOP showing it's version eg: SSH-1.99-OpenSSH_2.9p2, as this is a kinda stupid thing for a secure shell to be doing, about as stupid as this question is I'm sure
