login incorrect without propting password

Hi.

I creating my own distro and I have one problem with /bin/login.

I have /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow and PAM and /lib/security set up proberly but after boot when i want to log in, it wrote:

login: root<here I press enter>
Login incorrect

Login incorrect

Login incorrect
Login:

The login and other programs are taken from RedHat 7.2, If I use tinylogin than it works fine. I try also a empty password for root and other users but the result is the same...

Can anyone help me with this problem?

If you verified the auth mechanism works, then trying empty pass doesnt make much sense. If your auth/system logs don't show anything I would suggest adding debug switch to the modules in the PAM login stack, try again and then check your logs for info.
