Linux software program that support SSH2 HTTP Proxy ?

Do any of you no a linux software program that support
SSH2 HTTP Proxy with Authentication on linux? so that give me option i can type my Proxy Server Provider server name and port that support with a username and password ? my ide is to use on Suse Pro 9.3 or Fedora Core 4 or both ?

there is, afaik, no one console program to do this (unlike puTTY on windows). most users recommend creating a seperate tunnel using a program like httptunnel http://www.nocrew.org/software/httptunnel.html or proxytunnel http://proxytunnel.sourceforge.net/ it would be painfully easy to wrap ssh and a tunnel app in a single bash script wrapper or alias.

What app would you recommend and how do i instal them i already have tunnel so i only need a app there i can put the server,port username and password into witch one of would do that job best?
