How can I make encryption for Text, Voice and Video of a MSN account???

Hi.
Does anyone here know about how to encrypt text, voice and video of a MSN account?
The only software I found with great encryption was GAIM (PLug-in), but the plug-in is just for text since gaim 1.5.0 doesn't support audio and video.

ABOUT THE PLUG-IN:
Off-the-Record Messaging - Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging allows you to have private (not just encrypted) conversations over instant messaging by providing: Encryption, Authentication, Deniability, and Perfect forward secrecy.

I want something like this one above for VOICE, VIDEO and TEXT. And I want the software to login at least in a MSN account, but it would be nice if it logs in a AIM, ICQ and Yahoo account too.

I have searched a lot, but I found nothing.
I hope someone here knows about this kind of stuff.
Thank you.
