Can't get into my servers!! Emergency!

Hello, so I was trying to get a user set up with key authorization, and it totally exploded in my face.

After a couple hours wasted on that, now I cant get into my server.

Here is the topology:

Connect from here -> proxy (at a co-location)

from proxy - > other web servers

Once you log in to the proxy, you should be able to ssh into the other servers without a hitch.

The problem: now when trying to connect to a few of the servers, i get this error: "Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).
"

I'm going freaking crazy here.

I don't have physical access to the servers, and I don't think it should be locked out, but yet it is. how can i fix this?

If you don't have another account to log into or terminal server access or a management panel to re-configure or restore settings then you've exhausted your options and you'll have to ask your provider for support.
