Great to see this. SO can this be used as a place to post reviews of distros? Such as, I take something lesser-known like "Linare" or "Vector" for a 7-day trial, and write up a review about it? Would that be appropriate here?

Also, how about if I get something working flawlessly under a distrobution which it was not intended... Should that go under the distrobution, or in here?? Currently I'm working on getting the FileMaker Server 5.5 under SuSE 9.1 Professional when it's only supported and "Certified" under Red Hat 7.

I'd say if you want to do an indepth review you shoudl probably add it to the reviews section and then submit the link to the news section.

And, to add to Jeremy's post, if you want to post a How To, you should submit a Linux Tutorial.

What's happening with this news forum. I have my live bookmarks folder in my Firefox Bookmarks, reading dinamically the RSS feed, and nothing new appears in days?

ernesto_cgf,

There is nothing pending in the queue currently. We are still working on getting some regular contributors for this. Thanks for the patience.
