Bugs can be filed at http://bugs.freedesktop.org/, though I couldn't say where; I just grabbed that from the top of the error
EDIT: Don't know about version on pacman, the man page should help, and this X server isn't due for release until Oct 2010, so no clue when it'll be fixed, or even why it gave you that version

I think I heard that pacman's config file can have an ignore list in it, I will read how to use it and add xorg-server there. Just have to remember that at October .
And I will check out that link and see if I could figure out how to file a bug.

Didn't I tell it not to update xorg-server?
Anyway I will try to install it, because it's a newer version than the one that had problems. Can always downgrade later.
