Unhappy Winecfg problem

Hello

I would like to install an app (metatrader 4) on a server with virtualization: Ubuntu 16.04 64 bits LXDE
I have a problem with Wine, it is already installed in my laptop (I have a laptop with Windows)
I installed the Wine 4.0 version
but, when I put winecfg, I have this message in Putty:
https://www.screencast.com/t/yrTosHdo
It is the first time I am using a vps with linux and it is very difficult for me :-(
Anyone could help me please ?
Regards

`winecfg` opens a GUI for configuration of your specified wineprefix. Likely your server does not have the necessary X Window system packages install - additionally you're running it from an ssh session which you'll need X forwarding capability to open it on your local machine.

like in general, or specifically on a server?
isn't it a windows program?
or why do you need wine?

i feel you haven't added any new content in your previous post; bumping without new information is frowned upon, and your problem description is incomplete.

the whole description from post #1 sounds overly complex... is it even possible to run wine and the applications therein headless?
or maybe i just don't understand.
