Wine Problems: Not running any programs.

I'm on mandrake, and WINE came installed on it, I've tried installing programs and none of them installed (return to castle wolfentsein, half-life, winamp). One program did install: photoshop 4.0, then a photoshop 7.0 upgrade which installed as well. But when I tried to run it, it just doesn't open no errors or anything, it loads up wine...and then just stops. Any ideas?

I ran it through console (with wine strike.exe)

I've had similar problems with Wine. I can get winamp to load, but kazaa wont. It says it cannot find reg keys. Of course, I'm dual boot, so I'm actually loading from my windows partition, I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Try downloading the latest version here. There is also a setup program called winesetuptk. Try googling for that.
