Which module in kernel is responsible for solution of reader - writer problem?

I want to replace solution of reader - writer with my own solution in operating system. How should I proceed?

There are many... one for each device driver. One for each filesystem....

Your best bet is to experiment in user space where debugging is easy.

It doesn't matter. There is at least one reader/writer implementation for each driver. For some, there are multiple (such as the VFS...).

Write a new driver?
