CrunchBang will not run well on you computer, although it will install. It really needs more than 192MB. Another point is that your CPU is (I believe) one that needs a non-pae kernel (never mind what that means!), which rules out some options.
If using the GUI installer. You need to make a /swap partition with Gparted before running the GUI installer. 700MB should be plenty.
AntiX comes with a command line installer but I guess you will have trouble with a command line installer.
For partitioning your hard drive, I suggest three partitions:
1: 5GB for / (where AntiX lives)
2: 0.5GB for swap (used if you run short of memory)
3: the rest for /home (where your files live)
