Bad CD? There should be a <somename>.dsk image file there.

There is a .dsk image, but what's all the fuzz about the .i files?

Do I use rawrite with that .dsk image and then boot with it?

ftp://ftp.cerias.purdue.edu/pub/os/s...isks/install.2

Use rawrite to put each of these floppy images onto separate floppies. Then boot the bare.i floppy. It will prompt you for the other two.
