What Distribution do you use?
I am running Slackware 9.1, and am going to upgrade to the next version as soon as it comes out.

OK, this is a bit stange. I currently have Mandrake 9.1 and 9.2, Fedora C1, RedHat 9 and Xandros Desktop 2 on my system. I do, however, regularly also install some SuSE, Slackware and Debian, and a few other *nix OSs (BSDs and QNX). The only one in that list that I haven't ticked is Connectiva.

I run Slackware 9.1 on my Linux PC and my Laptop which I use for school. Another distribution I like to use is LNX-BBC, it is fantastic! It is very useful when I cannot boot and need to sort out problems on both Linux and Windows.

i think he was referring to his choice of so many distros not the poll/thread which isnt strange at all, although using a lot of different distros isnt strange at all either, perhaps your poll should have reflected the ability to choose more than one choice

It is not a strange question, it was a strange answer. What I mean is that the distro I use for doing work on, browsing, etc, etc, is Mandy 9.1, however since I do have, or regularly have most of them in the list, I felt I should tick their boxes too. The queston asks what do I use - the answer is 'all of the above except for connectia, but I don't use them all equally". That is why my answer is a bit strange.

I'm happy with how my PC runs Red Hat, but obviously I use "other 'Nix" too...

Ah gentoo, the distro for people who like pulling their own teeth out. Surpased only by LFS, which is the distro for people who like performing open heart surgery on themselves.
I voted for Mandrake and SuSE because I like any RPM based distro that isn't made by RedHat.

I knew I was missing one! I just couldn't remember what it was. I would prefer that language like "hell" wasn't used.

I was in the same boat. I've used Mandrake, Red Hat, Debian, Knoppix HD install, Fedora, Gentoo, done the LFS thing, but just always seem to keep on going back to Slackware.
So I only checked slackware, since that's what I use.
