Where can I get this theme?

Were can I get this theme?

It is from the Mandrake site...version 8.2...Under GNOME....
I am using RedHat Linux 9.0 with KDE 3 i think...I want that theme because I find it very appealing...If anyone noes....plz plz tell me...thnx anywayz

'Tis an Aqua theme.

Check out kde-look.org for LOTS of them.

I believe this will be the closest you will get to that theme with KDE, it says it is for KDE 3.0 but it does work for KDE 3.1:

Here is how it looks on my RH 9 box:
