There was a thread sometime ago (post your conexant modem drivers) but all linkshave been deleted.Ifyouread carefullyyou'llbe abletofind it though. (there was alinkto znail and usernameandloginare still there)
HOWEVER: these drivers will not work with kernel 2.6 (as far as I know)
I've got a copy of the older non-speed-locked version here. Enjoy, but remember, it is an older version, so it may not work or may have other problems. That said, it works for me
