Well I wasn't really talking about tech support, I guess nobody has good tech support. I guess what I meant to say was a good community of users always working on fixing problems and helping eachother out, unlike the windows community, IMO.

Credit where credit is due - I have spent time on Windows forums and you have a hard core of people who seem to be continually helping, others who often help, some who help once in a whileand some that don't/can't. A bit like here.
