Question what can i do with this promt"user machbuild does not exist - using root"


are there any warm-hearted person tell me what can i do now with the prompt" [root@winuxpc linux_folder]# rpm -ivh lame-3.96-0.lvn.1.2.src.rpm

Eat it. Add just a touch of mustard and you should be all set!

Nothing to the best of my knowledge, I don't like RPMs because they aren't fight but when a user on his random system builds one, it's all done under his username etc. When that username doesn't exist on your system it just uses root to install the package and it might ask for the password. No sweat, now you can go back to your sewing

mockbuild does not exist, using root

it says install the "mock" package and create the ‘mockbuild’ user
