webserver down

Hello, my webserver has stopped working, it is hosted by an external company but I have access via ssh.

It is a redhat box running apache and I have ensim WEBppliance 3.1 access information.

I can restart my server in RAM drive and get the following messages they fill 5 pages of A4 if printed

Clearing orphaned inode 4373998 (uid=0, gid=0, mode=0100600, size=182)
Clearing orphaned inode 4457874 (uid=0, gid=0, mode=0100600, size=0)
Clearing orphaned inode 4457851 (uid=0, gid=0, mode=0100600, size=176)
Clearing orphaned inode 4457717 (uid=0, gid=0, mode=0100600, size=185)

if I then restart in normal mode I can access via SSH but cannot use email, ftp, or it will not server up pages.

Any ideas, I am a system developer that has always used outside companies for this in the past but it is time to get my hands dirty.

Thanks

Simon

I would reccomend dealing with this onsite so that you can shut down the system and bring it up with a bootable cd and run fsck to check your filesystems.
