vsftpd not list files when viewed from deifferent win machine win ftp application in

Hi all,

do help me for----
I am not able to list files in my win based ftp application in same network from vsftpd of fedora 4. I can see files if i login in dos withc ommand ftp x.x.x.x.. but not with any applicaton like aceftp, cuteftp etc.

do help me @earliest.

hmm. Odd, normally there shouldn't be any issues.

However, i've come accross something like this before. All I did was disabled 'Passive FTP mode' on the Client software in Windows and all was good again. Try that and let me know how you get on.

no...it did not work....but i found answer in forum of linuxquestions only.
answer is: In /etc/sysconfig/iptables-config try setting
IPTABLES_MODULES="ip_nat_ftp ip_conntrack_ftp"
and restart iptables.

it works.....thanx.
