VM inside a VM??

So i was wondering if this is possible. I have a work laptop that has windows 7; my personal laptop is broke right now and needs a new mobo and i really don't want to buy a new one for it. I'm running centos VM with 2.5gigs of ram. I want to know if i can create another VM inside of that one, is it possible? does anything change? I am currently starting michael jang's RHCSA/RHCE study guide. I cannot duel boot my work laptop either. I was thinking of making another VM with maybe around 800mbs of RAM. If you need to know anything else just ask.
Thanks in advance guys.

Of course, why not? It's just a program like any other.

It might be slow.

But do you really need to have the second VM inside the first one? Do you have any good reason not to just run them side by side?

i wanted to use kickstart, and i also have not used the KVM inside centos before and just wanted to familiarize myself with it. I have done it before with virtualbox, it will not let me do it though....
