Angry iptables inside client to inside host with outside DNS or IP - Help!

Problem im having. Inside client surfs the internet fine with all DNS or IP addresses. I cannot surf my redirected servers from inside my firewall by entering in my External IP address or DNS name. So when i go to my external address from inside my firewall i would expect to see my redirected web page, but i dont ( I can still access the site using the internal

debian, iptables 2.6 kern sarge. I have hand written scripts and also tried FWBUILDER script generator to ensure im not doing anything wrong...

HELP plz
