Virt-manager, qemu without performance loss

Hii,

i'm usually using wine to run windows applications without problems or Steam Proton, but there are some apps blocks this (for example Steam EAC, BattleEye, etc.).

I'm bored to no be able to use these programs just because i've debian, so i was thinking about virtualization. I admit it's fist time i lean out to this topic and i'm a bit confused.
Dual booting isn't an option, so i want to reach the best performance i can without reboot my computer everytime.
I read about GPU Passthrough, Looking Glass and XEN, but they aren't very simple and I would like to have some advice from more experienced people.
Is XEN + Looking Glass is the way i would have to chose? Do you have some newbie documentation to achive this?

At the moment i've Debian 10 Buster (updated from Stretch) in a laptop with Intel i7, Nvidia 950M and 8GB of RAM (here).

Thank you and sorry for my bad english,
Loris
