unistall itunes installed using wine

hello. i am new to ubuntu and i am liking it very much although i still have to get used to the many commands. there lies my problem. i installed itunes using wine but i cannot play music through it. when i run it, my screen blanks up. i tried unistalling it through wine control in the command line but it keeps on re-installing itself. i further checked possible solutions and there was one for completely unistalling wine, this i do not want to do. this is because i used wine to install other applications and am guessing if i remove it the applications will stop working. i would therefore like to unistall the itunes application without removing wine. please help....

Have you tried going to your ~.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/ directory and deleting the entire itunes directory after uninstalling?

Just delete the itunes folder. Open up Nautilus. Press ctrl & h to show your hidden files. Find the .wine folder. Go to your drive_c--> Program Files. You should find the itunes install there, simply delete the folder.

Don't forget to re-hide your hidden files by doing ctrl & h again.
