Unable to install postgres


While I am trying to install Postgres I got some errors, here I am adding the config.log

After referring some forums, I tried to install "gcc-4.3.0"

and that installation also given the same error.

Install gcc as you seem to be missing that or point your PATH to it.

What zmyrgel said ... in addition, the version you're
about to compile is 3 minor versions behind, there
were several bug-fixes since. Get 8.2.7 (or, even
better, 8.3.1).
